The Alena Resort

We had a villa one and it's very beautiful. The bathroom is spacious and outdoorsy. If you hate being in nature and meet some bugs, this might be a problem. The bedroom is spacious.nThe staffs are great, they help us rent a scooter and very helpful when we need anything. Breakfast is delivered to your roomnI will definitely stay here in the future

What impressed me the most was their services. Even at first had few problems but they did their best to serve us and make our stayed enjoyable. We had yoga class in the morning, play with the floaties, and had a floating breakfast. Although due to the pandemic they downgraded their breakfast, they still tried their best. I actually enjoyed staying there

Place nice, but the room was not very well cleaned, smell and the bed was very wet. The breakfast also is not well or nasi goreng or omelette not possible little changes, I had requested a pancake and was denied!!

The place is amazing in the Rice Paddy fields of Ubud. It is located 4 km to Ubud center. But definitely you need a shuttle to get there. The hotel provides shuttle service every half hour to the center.nnThe food is good provided you give instructions to the restaurant people. They are flexible in making changes to the food whatever you like.nnThe villa is amazing and the service is great. Only drawback in the hotel is mattress. It is sinking and they could not rectify after the request.nnOverall amazing staff and ready to give service 24/7.
