Villa with kitchen and private pool. Far from the center ubud touristy area. Affordable, excellent service

It's a beautiful location but often a strange smell in the air. The pool was disgusting so we didn't dare swim in it. And there were a few days where we didn't have hot water or any water pressure. But the staff was nice and friendly and tried their best to fix things. I just wouldn't offer rooms that aren't in good shape. Breakfast was also very yummy and when we left too early they gave us takeaway little breakfast boxes.

We are in a group of 6, coming for short sweet getaway. Got a lots of pros and cons, check it out :)nnPros (+)n+ Best View! That peaceful rice paddy soothe your eyes!n+ Silent and quiet ambiance, great mood for getaway especially if you are from cityn+ We finally have rice cooker at 6pm. We asked host before arriving to the villa upon availability and she said they have it. But in the end, We appreciate their effort and put a star on this pointn+ They give you handphone to communicate with your butler for service at any time, so handy!n+ Bed soo comfy, pillows are great and they give additional 2 extra pillow for each roomn+ Bathroom is nice, only they don’t have toothbrush for us, but it’s okay no biggie for usn+ Kitchen is great, a lot of cooking utensils and silverwaren+ Parking is good (good for 1 medium car and 2 motors)n+ Good Wifi and TvnnCons (-)n- Not so clean, all the room’s floor is little bit oily. It seems like they mop it with dirty water and when it dries it leaves the trailn- no microwave as in the amenities listn- no pool chair as in the display picn- no pool towel as in the display picn- The air cons (all the rooms) is not cold at all (even we set it with coldest temperature and maximum fan) On the day was terrible, very terible, outside the room is colder than the room itself. During night time was okay, barely okayn- Kitchen lamp (the cabinet lamps that lights the stove and sink) is not workingn- They said that the pool pump is being switch off at 11pm but the fact they switch it off at 6pm, but no big deal for usn- And this is the worst. We have our breakfast late for 40+ mins. We asked breakfast to be ready at 7.30 (because we have tight schedule and have to go at 9) and they say they can make it for 7.40, sooo instead of 7.40 we gave them 7.45 and they said okay about it.nOn the next day they finally serve our breakfast around 8.22 with after 3 calls anddd the food is cold and tasteless, great.nI asked them why, and they said the staff that said okay on the previous day don’t know that the earliest breakfast in this villa is on 8am, but again, we wrote that breakfast list is in the paper and it is clearly you can see we put 7.45. The key is communicate broh, duh!nnSome information that might useful for yan• Since you’re about to stay in the natural lodge, don’t be surprised when our little friends visit such as gecko, frogs, mosquitos, bugs, etcnPrepare the bugs spray since villa don’t have itn• The 3 BR villa is separated from lobby and they provide car/shuttle to get to the villan• FYI, The villa lighting ambience is a little bit dark but it’s great to create genuine mood for us, but for those who need extra light perhaps you can ask the host about it.n• Close to Tegenungan Waterfall 10-15 mins by carn• 25-30 mins to central ubud by carn• No convenience store nearby, and the ‘warung’ is little bit effort to get there (crossing the rice field) so better stack up your supplies before getting back to villa.nnStill consider if we got a chance to go back there again. Perfect place for honeymoon, beautiful bedroom and well furnished bathroom, private pool, and a fantastic view of the rice fields. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. And as part of the package we get a driver that brings us to Ubud and returns us home. All this at a real affordable price.

This is a lovely property outside of Ubud about 10km from Ubud center. The staff are verry friendly and are ever helpfull. The entry path to the villa is a little narrow along some fields but not an issue. Rent a bike from the villa to.make your commute easy.
