I like birds and I cannot lie...plus this looks amazing.nnOur experience was great. Yes, you have to negotiate, or you will leave money on the table...but that is part of the experience. Educate yourself, visit more than one gallery after you pick the type of work that you want to acquire. This will help you to guage the market for the new acquisition.nnGet a certificate of authenticity.

Our driver took us to this Art Gallery. There was quite a selection, but much of the same. We found a painting that we much liked and were quoted USD$7000. We advised that our budget was firm at USD$1000 and were able to purchase the painting. On return to our homeland, we were disappointed to see that the same painting appeared in pictures of a Villa in Seminyak. Please note, prices are overinflated and you are not purchasing one-off pieces. Really disappointing ud83dude12
