My BRI ATM card has expired from April 2020 and will be replaced with a new BRI ATM card, but until now in June 2020 there is no BRI ATM card that has been replaced for more than 1 month, every time it is checked by BRI Cab. He said that the ATM machine for the damaged card was then checked again, the reason he said the ATM card had not been sent until when I had to wait ... The service was not satisfactory ... !! hassle if transactions through cashiers or bank books ... have to queue .... I am disappointed disappointed at Bank BRI Cab. Ratahan!

Cs are rude, such as not being taught good manners, different from other banks.
