I want to share my first experience which was very unpleasant.nFriday break time at the teller service also breaks, this is quite difficult for employees who want transactions outside working hours. When the electricity fails, the office does not have a generator so customers must wait for service until the electricity is on. Finally, the service inside is still very classic, the queue card is manual, the queue calling is still manual.
