Full AC waiting room. Officers and nurses are friendly. The service is quite fast. There aren't too many patients. Also serves BPJS patients by referral. Payment by credit card costs three percent. Payment by debit card costs one percent. There are many ATM centers outside the hospital side. the hospital is next to the Jayapura mall so it is very easy for patients to buy food or wait for other patients. There is a convenience store next to the ATM center so we can buy snacks while waiting for the patient. The toilet is very clean and neat. This hospital is still new, 1 year ago. This hospital is managed by Hermina group. For dental clinics, patients are limited to a maximum of 10 people per day. Can register via telephone. before entering the clinic the nurse will weigh and measure her height and measure the patient's blood pressure. security officers are very friendly and even offer assistance if the patient needs help. Parking space is very spacious in the front and in the back of the hospital. Hospital atmosphere is very calm and not noisy.

The facilities are good however, Felina doctors have misdiagnosed the drug dosage,nFor the system still needs a lot to fix. I queued for 2 hours through a very long IGD referral, until the specialist doctor I was heading to went to surgery. I was advised to return the next day. Sunghuh was very systematic in his services. Doctor's practice schedule until 17.00 hours, arrived at 16.00s, there is doctor's info. Wait until 5:00 p.m. he said the doctor came out yet again. Finally transferred to another doctor and told to wait in front of the other doctor's office from 17.00 to 18:30.
