During the pandemic ... the service was satisfactory ...nAlready online ... Still waiting for a long time ...nThe officers also don't run the Covid program ...nThe clerk's working hours are also unprofessional ....nMorning .. At 08:20 just serving the communitynAfternoon ... Service during the pandemic was very bad, we as citizens were only given an explanation by the PPSU, while they were not equipped with bureaucratic knowledge, so in answering citizen questions, they (PPSU) were sometimes confused. The civil servants should be directly involved in the field, serving residents' requests. What if there are residents who are clueless?
