actually what office hours are RW 04 Cipayung? Not that the average office hours is not 09.00 hrs. But this time I have arrived for 3 days at 09.00 to 11.49 the office has not been opened. I'm back againnAt 13.00 I waited for almost 1 hour and it wasn't opened, but it closed: -o back in the afternoon at 16.00 the office was closed. I myself was confused whether it was holiday or what?
