Very dissapointed .. !! I can send my child to the specialist at Ratu Farma because of a recommendation from our pediatrician at Puri Gracia. But this doctor is really unexpected, very disappointing. Starting from the service to the patient, we don't have the right to ask questions and explain the health condition of our child. Instead, my husband is furious because our child is crying, the way communication is disrespectful for the patient, and the child cries (aware that if the handling method is rough, we just see it). I couldn't stand it for long, I asked what our child's condition was like, because suddenly I was given medicine, but I didn't get an explanation, but we finally managed to provoke an explanation, but the fight was told that I was challenging (if I asked to fight, so How should we as patients). The way to communicate can be learned, provided you want to learn. And please if the mood is not normal, do not vent to the patient. But, after being cleaned by his ears, my child feels better, hopefully there will be nothing in the future after handling him. Thats why, I only give 1 star.
