The service is okay.nThere are many kinds of counter slots here, so every need here must be a counter that serves us specifically, so it will be regular.nnFor example, confused or doubtful for the first time visiting here, don't hesitate to ask the officers.nnCertainly responded well. The wait is a bit long, because it is crowded. So have to be patient. :)

Maybe I'm sorry. Monday, be amazed. Incidentally, the motorbike had to scrub the engine number and frame, so I came at 07.30 so that I could hurry and come to work. It turned out that the scrubbing officer had just arrived at 8:15 a.m. queue and scrub for up to 30 minutes. Then have to fill in the form again (still using writing today ?!). After that, I queued again waiting for payment, almost half an hour. After paying, you have to wait for a new call until 10.30. is it finished? Not yet!! I came home because I spent too long time which is not important. So my STNK, BPKB and KTP are still there! Just waiting for free time to take it. Serious service !! If you know that every Monday is busy, more personnel, arrive early, speed up the business.

Alhamdulillah, it's easier to have a queue number and good service. If you can't or don't know you will definitely be helped, if you ask questions, the response is good. Improve then the service☺

Alhamdulillah, now it's simpler, easier, easier, less complicated and certainly faster than in previous years. Hopefully Samsat's services in the future will be better and more developed to facilitate the surrounding community.
