I went here for my first wedding anniversary dinner and I love it. Food was very nice and the staff also very friendly to us. Restaurant ambiance is my favorite part and it is very clean and tidy. I ordered Iga bakar penyet for my dinner and it taste amazing! A must try!nnMy wife and I surely will comeback for a staycation!

The hotel interior is very nice, the room is clean, unique and spacious, and smells good. Only the mattresses could use an additional top layer to soften the surface. Breakfast is various and tasty, staffs are very very friendly. LOVE THE FREE MASSAGE CHAIR!!! There's also an outdoor park by the restaurant if you want to have your breakfast/hangout there. Walking distance to AEON mall. Pool is open, limited to 5 people at one time, though I didn't use it because if the covid virus can spread through air, it can def spread through water. I only wish the construction sites around the hotel is done soon, so that guests can rest more quietly.

Generally the hotel is well managed, clean and fully sanitized, nice breakfast as well. Hotel shall give attention to the hot water availabilty. Thank you

did go there for an event on Ramadhan,nngood service, fast and responsive workers.nthe food are delicious.nnthe room are clean and odorless, really like it.

1. the room was not ready at 14.00. it was ready 30 mins later.n2. the waiting area was confusing. it was located at the left side of the receptionist. so i had to go back and forth to check whether the room was ready or not.n3. the electricity was on and off for more than 20 times during the stay! mostly happened at around 3 PM, and it happened again at 11.30 PM and 3 AM in the morning.n4. when the power went back on, the tv was automatically on as well. it's very much annoying. so i had to keep the remote with me all the time so i can turn it back off again. it's very uncomfortable. the reason i chose to stay in the hotel to have a peaceful sleep and it didn't happen when staying here.n5. the soap ran out in the morning. don't you refill it till full before the next guests arrive?n6. upon checked out, the staff begged me to give 8 star rating. please don't do this. it's very impolite. considering the awful experience i had during the stay.n7. i chose smoking room though i wasn't smoking at all and expect that it has a slightly good ventilation considering it's still pandemic. it didn't. when i asked the staff about ventilation in the room, they also seemed very clueless about it.
