Pondok Indah Hospital

Some of the doctors are rude, they don't really listen when we describe our conditions. Not satisfied at all. Nice hospital and canteen but poor doctors service yet super expensive compare to other hospital.

My number 1 go to place for any health problem for any of my family member. It has good emergency department, many great doctors and clinics. Athmosphere is great and it keeps doing renovation every few years, everytime I go there I feel like it constantly changing for the better. Nurses at the clinics are all so busy most of the time because there too many patients sometimes so they can be a bit cold sometimes, but in my opinion, still manage to be professionally nice. Though most doctors here are great, you still need to find the one that can connect with you the most.

I made an appointment with dr. Ni Made Hustrini fortnight in advance. I canceled my working schedule to be able to have this particular consultation. Two days before the D-day, the doctor dismissed all appointments and the hospital failed to inform me. When I urged the nurse to reschedule the soonest as possible, she raised her voice against me. Very poor and careless service! Disappointed beyond belief! Seemingly, negligence is part of their habits.

I don't have experience as a patient there but as a patient family, I know hospitals are quite expensive for myself. but thank God with good services.nanother parking spot I recommend at Shop House (Ruko) right in front of the hospital.nI was there for a few week's so when I needed a place to stay because with those areas everything is quite expensive.nI got a hotel recommendation from mba Andah only 5 minutes walk from the hospital at an affordable rate of under 300.000 rupiah per night with Hotel services and a good security system.If sometimes needed, you can contact her from her whatsapp number 0852-7551-5890.

Today , I did my Covid19 PCR test at Pondok Indah hospital drive through even though I paid in advance for one day service and Ms. Ika , Operator Telepon of Pondok Indha, helped me and guided me and she arraged to send my report at 3 PM , it is really amazing and great service from Ms. Ika , thank you very much Ika for your procative support . I really recomended for Covid19 PCR test and other services also in Pondok Indah , Saif
