Ace Hardware living plaza bintaro

Purchased an Ace bike for my 9 year old daughter and after only 9 days the peddle broke. We called and spoke to an Ace representative and was told it was ok and covered by warranty. Sounded good, but unfortunately after paying for transportation there with the bike we were told it wasn't covered by warranty and we would have to pay for the peddle. Not happy but ok, whatever. So we said fine our daughter had been waiting for this bike for a long time so we will pay. Then we were told unfortunately they don't have peddles for us to purchase and told us sorry for the miscommunication on our part, OUR PART? Come on! So we had to load the bike, paper weight, back into a cab and go back home with no peddle and a broken bike, but even worse out daughters heart is broken as she blames herself. So sad.

I give it 5 stars cause it has pretty much everything I was looking for at the time of review (cooking utensils, gardening tools, and some electrical peripherals).nThe only downside is at the time of review the pandemic was still going strong but it was really crowded. Even though there's 2 floors of ace hardware, given how narrow the isle's and corridors are its a given to be in close contact to other people no matter where we go...nIt's good to see that business is still good for the place but its pretty stressful weaving around so many people in tight places...

C19 Prokes implemented, people donning maskers including kiddos, place clean & tidy and a lot of assistant offers from the staff. Brace on for a while, hopefully things get back normal and even better for years to come

Best hardware store in the area. If you're gonna buy a lot of stuff in here, you better park your car at the basement next to the elevator, so you can easily bring your stuff back to the car.
