For it's price level, you will get your money worth and a bit more. Never expect more than 2 star service level and having only a shower should never deter you to try it out. Cleanliness is prime here, hospitality, it's awesome with a smile and your satisfaction is the utmost priority.nOh, for this place never bring heavy suitcases as there are only one bellboy and many step stairs to up to the 3rd level.

We stayed at Benito residence during our visit to Serpong. The place is cozy, safe, homey.nWe had a good rest after exploring Serpong. It’s also good value for money.
