For food and beverages i think most of you would have agreed with me that most of them are very good. But, in terms of service, two thumbs up for this one at RS Premier Bintaro as they provide room delivery like in a hotel. I really appreciate this as when I was there couple of days ago I just ordered from the room and they delivered it reasonably fast. Great!

The food is ok. Generally the service is fine too. However perhaps more insight to the waiter/waiters regarding how the customers are always right. One time, one food that we order took quite long, and when we asked and told the waitress that if it'd still take longer, we'd like to cancel it. And suddenly the food came out and we specifically complained how the food had taken quite long. But the waitress acted as if nothing happened, completely disregard our complaint, just sweetly served the food on our table and said all orders have been fulfilled. Simple apologies could have mend our disappointment but due to the ignorance, we just lost our appetite. Hope this kind of basic 101 service can be implemented in this place with good reputation.

The cafe is located inside the Premier Hospital Bintaro. There is food of many variants available here. My favourite one is tong seng ayam served with steamed rice. In fact, the cafe is also famous for its siomay and fresh juice. The place is clean and nice. Nevertheless, the price is a little above the average (if not expensive) for a cafe in a hospital.

A bit of advise: do not order here when your appointment is approaching. Consider the long service time, as the queue is relatively long.nnMost of the price is a bit high.
