I have no words to describe how bad is this hospital. They don’t care about patients at all and only worry about the payments. There is zero communication between doctors, nurses and reception. All the staff has zero idea what they are doing. The only thing they do fast is coming to you with a new bill every hour and doubling the price. In my opinion it’s a very well planned scam.nIf you are planning to stay in one of their rooms please note that you will have to pay extra for procedures according to your room rate which is ridiculous. So if you stay at deluxe room the price for your procedure will be more expensive.nPlease consider twice before going there.nThey still owe us the refund and don’t want to communicate with us at all. No one there is able to take responsibility nor doctors nor administration.nWe had a terrible experience and will never come back there.

I was at this hospital with suspected kidney stone and was scared how island hospital would look like.nnBut honestly this is one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Everyone is very professional and attentive, every queue is digitized and test results come in a few hours.nnAnd this despite the number of COVID patients. Great job Siloam!

Nice and clean hospital. I came during pandemic and the staff follow safety procedures. It’s better if you come and make appointment before to avoid waiting so long. You need to be a patient for physiotherapy. It takes so long even I made reservation.

Awful queueing system. I arrived in the hospital, sat on the sofa and waited for a patient to finish talking to the registration employee. When she was done, I went up to the clerk and asked me for the queue number. I had no idea there was one because the machine was a few meters near the registration. No one had informed me to get a queue number. So, I did.nHaven't these guys been to banks? The number is issued upon entry. Why let a patient walk in with nobody telling him to get a number is inefficient.nI lost patience and just looked for another hospital.

I award you ZERO stars!nForced to select one star to be able to post this..... even more pathetic!nMy daughter has been there for 2 days and the staff are disorganized and cannot seem to work out how to handle her admittance, last night after 20:00 she eventually had to find a hotel room.nIt is now past 14:00 on day 2 and still no straight answers.....nMaybe your hospital administrator/manager and staff require some coaching.nemail me via email so I can share my phone number.
