Bad service, can management please train the nurses how to handle sick patient? They don't know how to smile and make people comfortable, you guys charge us with very expensive price compare to others, at least give a good service!!!!!!

I am an Indonesian citizen, but I speak English fluently and I am half-Chinese. Therefore, I get mistaken as a foreigner when I am not.nnIn 2016, I got hospitalized because of a condition called amoebiasis. I paid for the local price treatment. Since I am not Balinese (from Jakarta), the nurse asked me why I was in Bali alone. I told her I was traveling and looking for a job in Bali. She gave me an ultimatum - I must either bring someone I know in Bali to take care of me, or pay for the International treatment price (twice more expensive, but I get more taken care of)nShe said that the nurses are not paid to take care of me intensively.nnI am a local so I don't have enough money to pay for the international fees. They shouldn't expect that out of a young woman who is in Bali to look for a job. Many tourists come to Bali by themselves and get taken care of nurses when they are sick, so why did they expect me to have friends in Bali to look after me in the hospital?

The staff are very friendly, l was prescribed medication that the pharmacy charged me over twice the price of the last hospital for same medication. I mentioned this to the staff and they just laugh and say yes this very expensive hospital. I suggest you take the prescription elsewhere as this hospital is charging exorbitant prices.nSince posting l discover l made a mistake in calculating price of medication. It is much the same as other places.nCustomer service very efficient at replying to my inquiry.nSorry for any inconvenience.

I have good experience and good service from them. My wife stayed for 3 days and got a good service with reasonable price. Keep up the good work, keep improving.

I had my child here last year ... service was fantastic my wife is local bali and was scared what hospital to choose but we are glad to have chosen this one ... my wife had long labour 21 hours but doctors and nurses fantastic throughout we also had a private room and aftercare fantastic too. Total cost with epidural was about 14 million idr ... around £750 yes we could’ve gone to a local clinic or charity and it would’ve been much cheaper but just not as safe or experience should something go bad during childbirthnnpeople complain about the price but this hospital is a business. If no one paid for services then they would lose a lot of money and close down and be bankrupt pretty quickly if you compare this with going to a private hospital in London where the same will cost you £8000-10000 or America where the same might cost you 30k you cannot complain Thankyou again
