my worst experience on taking bus during travelling.nThe bus is so old, before reaching Gilimanuk there was an insident on the machine,suspension issue,so they have to repair it,instead of changing another bus,they left us stranded in the middle of nowhere without drink and food from 4 PM to 10PM.nIf you have to take bus ride from Bali to Jawa,just choosed another company and make sure they use new and healthy bus.nanother issue: the aircond didn't work properly, we can imagine how comfortable the ride was.

The co driver keep smoking all the way from Bali to surabaya even though it's a non smoking bus.

Had a very inconvenient bus trip from Bali to Surabaya.nSeats were not comfortable and broken.nOn the right side of the bus the air condition was dripping from the ceiling like waterfalls. The poor guys who had to sit there had to endure this for the 12h bus trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff was told about the situation before the trip started, they didn't do anything about it.nnNever again.nnFirst stop after 5,5hours on the road, toilet on the bus was disgusting.
