The guesthouse is surrounded by multiple farms. It is fairly quite and comfortable so it makes a perfect place to stay especially if you are planning to hike the nearby mountains. If you have never been to Kintamani area (like myself), make sure to bring warm clothings. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioner because the temperature drops to 18 degrees Celsius at night. The price is very affordable. The bed is comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly. If you are a coffee drinker, the nearby cafe is about 30 minutes driving up the hills. My only complain is that there are many house flies flying in and out my room. This might be because of the fertilisers used on the farms.

Batur Caldera Guest House is excellent and worth the price. The facilities and hospitality are excellent. The villa is decorated with wooden interior that giving a warm touch. We can do stargazing at the villa, bcs the sky at night was very beautiful. If you are lucky you can also see star falls. The host (Bli Komang) is very nice, he helped us to get an information about Batur Sunrise tracking. If you stay here, don't forget to order Mujair Nila Nyatnyat only 50k Rupiah per portion and the taste really worth the price!
