Decent hotel, nothing great. The service experience for its price wasn't good. The people are nice and helpful, and while I don't have too many bad things to say about the experience, there aren't many good things to highlight either. Overall I didn't enjoy my experience too much. If I'm in Kuta/Seminyak next time, I will definitely consider looking at alternative options to this. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. A lot of good places to eat and visit are not too far from here.

These rooms are absolutely disgusting and old. Dogs should not stay here. My room was a Superior Suite and had mould on all walls, couch had a lump of hair and stains on all surfaces. Breakfast below average. One star was for nice staff. Hotel was 0 stars.

The place is super convenient with souvenir shop, mini Market just beside, and near the airport as well!nThe hotel ambience is chill and relax, the food is also ever changing so pretty satisfied!

For the room, the bedroom area just OK, but the bathroom so many water mark, not so clean. And for the breakfast is worst, just a few selections, and the taste not good at all. Need to improve since this hotel is 4 star hotel and managed by Wyndham. how come Wyndham like this
