Bubble bath on the balcony watching the sunset with a glass of wine...brilliant!nnStayed here for a weekend. Great value for money. Everything was amazing! The first thing you notice and what sticks with you is the excellent and professional customer service. The staff here is pretty much what makes this place a 5 star hotel.nnEverything was clean, ocean view room was super spacious and bed was super comfortable.nnRecommend: Bubble in the jacuzzi, wine, seafood pizza and a sunset ud83dude4cud83cudffd

Stayed here for 2 nights in their ocean view pool suite. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view. Well-maintained hotel. However, I think some fixing needs to be done, for example the lock on the sliding door is not working, and the silicon glue on the glass door on the bathroom connected to the balcony seems to be wearing out..nnOn the F&B side, food service speed needs to be improved.nI had a bit unpleasant experience during the afternoon tea time. I waited for almost an hour for the afternoon tea to be served. I've asked the waiters many times and after 40 mins, it is served. Apparently, there was some miscommunication between the staff. Hope this doesn't happen to other guests.nnAnd on the day of check-out, the door lock wasn't working. We couldn't go in. I had to wait for the engineer to fix this.nnOverall, I had a quite nice stay here regardless of the issues above that I think can be improved by the management of the hotel.

Couldn't be any more satisfied than I already am!nnThe receptionists were really helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped, not to mention the view of the pool and the beach from my room balcony.nThe scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment.nnLooking forward to coming back here, when I have the chance.

For 5 stars resort, the facility was bad.nThe water that comes out of the jacuzzi was yellow, the bathroom look really old. On their website they say they have expresso machine in the room, which was one of the reason we booked but when we arrive, it wasn’t there. When we asked, they said it had been removed it long time.nThe mattress was old and sinking in the centre.nThe food and breakfast was super basic.nThe only thing that we love about this place is the view and the attentiveness of the staff.nnAlso, I can understand with no outside food and drink in the restaurant rules but in the room?nOn the night of 21st I went down to ask if we can use microwave to make popcorn to bring to the room and the lady that was there that time refuses to help and said that outside food is not allowed In the room.nnTheir spa looks great but the massage itself was nowhere near good.nThe shampoo in the spa bathroom stinks.

What a beautiful place. So comfort and relaxing. Nice service from all of the staff, clean & spacious room with full amenities. I also have a nice breakfast experience with a good view. Can't wait to be back soon.
