We just finished our 5D 4N stay this hotel and we are still on a hangover from our wonderful experience. Our family with our 2 y.o. enjoyed it so much, from the club lounge, club pool, kids club and the beach. We are so happy most especially from the exceptional service of ALL staff, from the lobby reception all the way up to the duty manager.nnBreakfast and tea time was always enjoyable with the very attentive staff. Our kid still mentions her Ibu from the kids club (made a real impression on her). The duty manager showed great service when we had a small problem in our room. And an extra thanks to the club pool staff who were very friendly and took very good care of us during our afternoon swims.nnIf you are looking for a hotel in Bali for your family, you should book in this hotel!

When you visiting the Goddess Island, it's a must to choose a good hotel to complete your unforgettable travel moments.nnBreakfast are nice, with various menu, and you won't get bored. They open restaurant for lunch and dinner. Price aren't cheap, but trust me. It worthy for those mouth watering foods.nnMy favorite thing is their quality of service. All of the team never failed to provide a personal touch to serve me and my family. They even great me by name, made me feels like they are there to complete my holiday.nnRoom is great, awesome decoration, so comfortable for me who traveling with kid. Don't worry with the cleanliness, I didn't found the dust with my bare hand.nnInternet speed isn't a problem. I can watch my favorite drama all the time without any interruption.nnStayed at this hotel for 3 days with my family, but I really feels that I should stay longer. It's really not enough to enjoy a whole area of this hotel. Pools, children playground, private beach, sports area.

My husband and I stayed with our two young girls and managed to get a romantic dinner while kids were safely entertained at the well equiped kids club. Our room was very very nice. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel area is huge that we can bike around with kids. Staff were so nice and caring. Everything is very well thought-out with activities and events to entertain guests. Cant wait to go back again!

just such a beautiful hotel. rooms and hotel very nice maintained and rooms always get refreshed and renovated over the last 11 years i already know this place. one of the best IC Club experiences world wide. thank you for having me. I will come back more often ud83eudd1eud83dude4f
