Disgusting and dirty. Dirty bedding, broken furniture, dirty bed linen, the kitchen food was swarming with flies, the service was beyond shocking. Restaurant was closed, so we had to eat out every night, no atmosphere, just all in all the worst experience I have ever experienced. Not forgetting the so called spa they have, I found a dead rat in the spa bath, the spa clearly has not been touched in years. This place in my opinion should be shut to the public for health and safety reasons.I will only give them a star rating by default as I need to publish this.

If you look for a quiet and peaceful place, Puri Bunga is the perfect choice. During my stay there, I could feel a really fresh and recharging ambience. The executive room is spacious with a balcony with a river view. However, some facilities like the furniture and food need some improvements. Overall, I love this place.

Can't say anything negative about this place. I booked an executive suite here, the view from the room is spectacular. Hotel staff are really polite and helpful. Everything you need is one call away. Breakfast in the morning is awesome. You have 3 options for breakfast, Indonesian, american and continental. Only negative thing I would say is few of the staff members didn't know very good English, but it was manageable. Just an awesome place if you are visiting Ubud. Worth every penny.

Enchanting resort, with beautiful rooms and lush green surroundings located in a not-too crowded area of Ubud. The Staff are very friendly and co-operative.nSpent an amazing calm couple of days in the lap of nature.

The rooms are huge. The view from the room is amazing. Hot water is always available. The staff accommodated a request for early check-in due to flight delays. The response via email for check-in was quick.nThe value for money is unbeatable. Would certainly recommend this resort!
