Long time customer bought a lot of different items from this retail store but when something goes wrong with an item they pretend they don’t remember you. Even when the item is under warranty. In other words they are prepared to risk losing a good customer for an item to the value of 200,000 Rp. They rave on being an International retailer but I’ve worked in retail and our moto was (customer comes first).nCertainly not for Ace Hardware. So be prepared if you are looking for customer service from this International Retailer..... keep on looking. ud83dude4fud83dude4f

One of the larger outlets on the island. Its my go to for knick knacks and kitchen items. They have great deals for Xmas decor after Xmas so that would be the best time to grab it for the following year... ud83dude09

Most complete store in west city provide hardware, househod, electrical, car/motorbike accessiories. Relative expensive price but more cheap for sale item. Need to visit regular & spent time to compare the price. Limited vehicle off street Parking.
