this company is not right because management is not right. the higher-ups like to spend money for traveling abroad to Italy. and like to borrow money from the bank many times. that's why management can't pay debt. debt is increasingly piling up. not thinking about the fate of its employees. at will lay off employees without being given severance. management like this will get THE RIGHT REPLY !! Hopefully the Tax people will audit this company properly, because there are indications that it is detrimental to the state.
