Very nice casino. The resort rooms are very clean and roomy. The four stars is because I had to wait over an hour for an attended to cash out a 500.00 dollar jackpot. They pass me 5 different times. Cash out someone twice that was in my area while I was waiting. Kept going pass me. I asked a couple of times and they stated that it goes by card status so I guess basically you could wait there all night if you do not have status.. Even though it was a nice win the waiting through off the vibes.

While staying at the hotel we had a maintenance issue with our room. Called the front desk and within 5 minutes two gentlemen were knocking at the door. They fixed the issue quickly. They were very polite and personable. They even went out of there way to adjust and clean the air conditioning to make our stay even better. The staff was great from the front desk to the maintenance department. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

The place is amazing, from parking, gambling, to actually staying as a guest there. The hotel reps, security, the food is great whether it be a simple salad to fine wine n steaks, technical support, you name it! Top notch I love and enjoy staying here. The rooms are luxurious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is excellent from management to security. Very friendly, professional, and kind. Jason is a great person to ask for help. He knows it all from gambling, reserving a room, and even can explain the different restaurants to choose from at the moment.nDefinitely take a weekend or weekday to get away from reality and even yourself lol. A place to take the edge off, some R and R or a place to regroup and reflect on life. It's a wonderful place try it....
