Great Pool for Kids & Adults, Great Food, Great Place to have drinks and listen to a Live Band play... (Club Chill).. Rooms are really clean and you can Upgrade for a bigger room for only$50 I think is what I paid, but well worth the money.nnUPDATED,.... I have always enjoyed playing & staying at IP.. seems they have had some changes and not for the best.

My man and I came here as a two night stop on our way to Georgia from Texas. All the staff were amazing. The hotel was extremely clean. The food was delicious! We'll be coming back here soon!

Very bad customer service. Tammy at the front counter was rude, blunt, and uncaring. The room was fine no complaints about the room. I am 18 years old and stayed with my mother. Every where I went I was watched like a hawk by staff. I guess they don’t see too many people under 21 here. Some of the security staff was friendly as we tried to navigate the hotel, but most were rude and unwilling to help. The buffet and many areas are closed off. I would never pay this much for a half of a hotel experience ever! Restaurants were decent and food was good, but service was generally not great.

Just stayed 2 nights @ IP. Had a great stay, hotel is clean and had excellent customer service. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well and had the best water pressure we have ever had at a hotel. Enjoyed the casino. Drink service could be better but the beers are so cheap you can just get one at any bar. Bayview diner had a really good breakfast. Can’t wait to return!!

Casino looks great. Lots of slots. Ate at cafe food was horrible. I was so surprised and disappointed. Had to send my food back and it was still inedible the second time and it was just breakfast. Other customers were complaining about their meal also. No compensation for meals or manager apologies. Servers were just trying to do what they could and were pleasant
