I live out of state and my sister was recently released from a lengthy hospital stay. I ordered flowers on Sheila's website for her for delivery the next day. The online ordering process was easy to navigate and user friendly. The next morning Sheila called me to let me know she was out of tulips and gave me other options to use for the bouquet. I really appreciated this because other florists I have used did a substitution without notifying me or asking for my input. I understand substitutions are sometimes a necessary thing in the floral business but I was really pleased with the communication I received from Sheila's. The bouquet was exactly what was described online (except for the tulips) and my sister was very pleased with what she received. If I ever need to send flowers in the Galt area again I will be using Sheila's.

Why is there a $25 wire fee? That should be for international purchases. Live 15 minutes away. Found the flowers i wanted to purchase. Website says item is only $64.95 go to check out and subtotal goes up to $121. Thats highway robbery for a small vase of flowers.

Fantastic !!! We send flowers from time to time and for whatever reason the arrangement that is selected ends up as a crazy substitute.nNot here !! Fresh, professional & fair price.

Ordered by phone. What was delivered is not what I asked for. Roses that were in bouquetnlooked old. I'm disappointed
