Why doesn't BPJS number four Lawang confirm when we call?

Good and fast service. At the front door the security guard opens the door to enter, then asks our needs, chooses the form we need to fill in, and even then helps fill out the form. Very helpful for me, who at the time forgot to bring glasses.nBoth the customer service chairs look empty, but when they finish filling out the form, an officer sits there and immediately serves me. Hopefully this service can continue.
