I monitored many 1-star messages and this is what I feel. The response from the officers was VERY VERY SLOW, more than 2 hours the electricity in several houses in my neighborhood went out. The answer was that our officer would be there, but it had not arrived for 1 hour, even though the distance was only 5-7km / it took 10 minutes if driving casually. Do customers need to complain to the central PLN so that PLN's identity is all evaluated?

Alhamdulillah, I give the PLN service 2 thumbs up. Mantapp. Yesterday Dec 2, 2020, the damage report to the token box. The PLN officer immediately came and a new box would be replaced. This morning, 3 Dec 2020, Mr. PLN came to replace the new box (even though we were not at home, it was still paired). Earlier to PLN the token report was 0kwh, then the good security guard was straightened out. Alhamdulillah, the token that I installed yesterday can be attached to the new box. The service is very slow ... the office is calling every hour outside of break time, I'm sorry ...nPlease improve the quality of human resources and services ... thanks
