Delivery of goods from Banjarmasin to Samarinda, 10 boxes, arrived in Samarinda only 9 boxes, asked about the responsibility of the BAMCAGO, until now there is no responsibility for the lost items 1 box.nReally NO RECOMMENDED.

My case: I changed the delivery destination, from Bjm-Mksr to Bjm-Bdg but the position of the goods is already in Balikpapan, I asked someone who from the beginning I contacted BAM (maybe an employee) to change the delivery destination, maybe he doesn't want to bother him give the TLP number for the person at the Balikpapan branch, I mean, please try to change the destination, but it can't be from Balikpapan to bdg ,, the important thing is that you haven't crossed to Makassar ,, don't say you can't and leave me to contact the team. when I said why I had to contact him, he said yes if I don't want to contact, just wait for the goods in Makassar. what kind of service !!
