The typical menu of Banjar cuisine is soto banjar and bancir noodles. The portions are so much.nFYI, make the noodles yourself, so it's a bit different. The shape of the noodles is bigger and the texture of the noodles is dense which sometimes makes you feel nauseous if it's too much. The taste of the bancir noodles is sweet, and maybe it lacks pieces of boiled egg like the typical bancir noodles.
