The price is affordable, but it is not comfortable with the employee if asked, his face is sullen, and when he checks the pillowcase it smells bad, it hasn't been replaced when asked for it, but it is given a flat face with no smiles. PLUS: attractive package price (if you want to stay more than 7 days), strategic location (close to ATMs, big roads, restaurants). The reservation process via WA is fast. Information about the hotel is easy to get through the FB booth. The rooms are quite spacious for single / duo travelers. Vehicle & people traffic is not too crowded, so it is quite quiet from the crowd.nMINUS: the check-in process is quite long (15-20min) even though it has been dp / reservation far away, not comfortable with the reception staff (slow, not informative / initiative if guests ask something), the condition of the pillow / mattress is not clean (there is a lot of hair on the sheets ), lots of ants in the room, the inn's wifi is very slow. There are no motorbike / laundry / food rental facilities (the list of services / menus should be removed from the receptionist or the room, because guests are also not responded to by staff if they ask). Rooms on the 1st floor are less comfortable, because they are disturbed by sounds such as washing machines / pumps & street people from the 2nd floor (a bit noisy even though it is already above 12 at night)nSUGGESTION: the inn can provide laundry services / motorbike rental / blanket & towel rental, hot water dispenser. The owner should train the staff to be more informative / initiative, so that guests (especially non-regional guests) can easily get certain information / assistance. It can be additional income for the additional service.
