sorry if you give a less than optimal assessment. because the service is not fast enough. especially in CS..Maybe you can add CS ... thank you ..

Cs this needs to be evaluated, the service is very slow for 1 customer, sometimes almost 1 hour, so time is wasted with a pile of disappointments please! Please fix it when customer service outside of this CS problem is all ok

Sorry, please improve the CS service again, at least the empty CS booths can be handled by other CS employees, so that the CS booths are all filled (not empty), and customer service continues. Until now, the estimated service time (especially CS), is still very, very slow, especially during peak periods like this. It is also better if the CS feature is prepared by the BNI branch via online (WA / other social media) from the Public Relations section of the Bank. Thank you very much for your attention.

CS must be added. Time is money. We are forced to wait a long time .. All the banks that I enter .. Bni is the slowest for CS .. Please repair it please ..
