Museum open to the public. The caretaker lives right beside the museum. However, due to the lack of public interest in coming to the museum (almost no one comes to visit every day), the museum doors are always closed. Only open if someone is interested to enter and have a look inside. If you want to come in and have a look, you can immediately call the guard.nThere is no need to buy a ticket to enter (but inside the museum there is a box for voluntary donationsud83dude05 the nominal is up to the visitor).nHope this information is useful.
