This is not a hospital, it's a company, one with no regard for human life. One star is too many for that place

This hospital was first class, however the top Doctors have gone to greener pastures.nI delivered one of my staff last Friday at 7.00 am he hit a dog on the way to work, he spent 6 hours in emergency we were then asked to shift him to another hospital. Damage jaw broken in 2 places plus the ball off his arm broken clean off, hence a lot of pain.nThe next hospital was unable to operate, so shifter to the Police hospital near the law courts.nBy Monday evening first operation on his shoulder all good with a special plate inside to hold the ball secure.nThursday evening a 4 hour operation to fix his jaw.nA few hours off a full week in pain and not knowing what's going on.nCan recommend the Police hospital.nThe dog died at the scene.

Great to know there is good hospital in Lombok.nA bit of hassle, overall ok.

Got bitten by a dog and vaccinated here, the doctor was friendly and fast, and told me to come back next week for the third injection. When i came here the next week, they told me the vaccine is out of stock just like that and told me to get vaccinated in other hospital. The staff are friendly but they should be more responsible, they're the one who told me to come exactly next week (the doctor said i can't be late for the third injection) but also the one who told me they don't have the vaccine.nThey should note it in the log book so there will be no problem like this.

I went there to see an ear specialist (ENT) after my eardrum got an hole because of diving.nnPeople speak well English at the registration desk. I had to wait 1 hour because the specialist showed up an hour late.nnThe ENT did not speak fluently English. He didn’t let me explain my situation entirely and kept asking questions about my throat and nose.nnI could understand in the end what to do even if it was not always easy to understand him (I’m not sure he understood all what I said).nnBut it got worse when I gave him a paper to fill stating my medical situation. This papier was for my health insurance so I can get reimbursed in France, he just needed to write his diagnostic. He first didn’t want to sign it. He could not really explain me why and was speaking in the same time in Indonesian with the nurse. They just asked me to leave the room... finally he did sign it after checking with the hospital reception because I had to insist.nnThe doctor was not patient and no helpful at all, I think it’s quite a pity that in such an international hospital they can’t find doctor correctly speaking English... :-/nnOtherwise other agents were helpful and trying their best in the hospital.
