A true gem of a bike store, great service , staff, help and range of equipment for all your biking needs. Just had a bike serviced and could not be happier with the work done and suggestions made to improve some of my bike set up. Highly recommend them for your bike needs

Did the special order for all city super pro frameset. Super happy with the process from the start (they give me perfect reco in terms of bike size, etc). Staff also always update the progress of delivery which is very good.nnI also bought some components from their web. the online purchase process has been always smooth. My only suggestion is to improve/revamp its web/UI design, so it would be easier to find the available products!nnSuper recommended!

1. Best customer service (one whatsapp away with pretty quick response). 2.Accurate updated stocks in the web. 3. Well packed when they shipped my items to JKT.

Even spending a lot of money in that shop they don't provide me a box for bicycle to put the bicycle on a plane. They asked me 8 dollars for the box. Like a bicycle traveler 2 years traveling 26 countries and keep going) they didn't look after like a costumer. Only interested in business and money and they aren't really interested about bicycle traveler philosophy.
