I had two back teeth that cracked and then broke off, after emergency and temporary fillings, my Dentist George (friendliest professional Dentist that I have ever known) suggested a crown and a rebuild, this would take approx. three hours. Like most people I still have a fear of sitting in the Dentists chair for that amount of time, I decided to be sedated, it is more expensive but worth every penny. the care that I received from George and (Sandy the nurse) was first class! I knew nothing about what had happened, I felt sleepy in the evening, but no side effects at all, I would recommend George and sedation to anyone who requires lengthy treatment.

When you’re planning to have dental implants, it is very important to appoint someone who has had considerable experience and has performed many of them, as opposed to someone who is just new to doing this. Well Dr George Savva is so highly experienced that he actually trains other Dentists to do dental implant surgery. As a result, I was very privileged to have George carry out my dental implant surgery, which required some additional bone grafting in my case, which was completed very successfully. My implant looks great and I can smile and bite normally again without worry. Hence I fully recommend his services to anyone considering dental implants. George was very patient and explained the entire treatment plan beforehand in great detail with timescales. During the procedures, he was very good at putting me at ease, always explaining each step as he went along. Dr Yogi Savania provided the temporary denture that I required whilst my implant was being prepared, and this proved to be such a great fit and comfortable to wear. I am indebted to Yogi, as it was he who recommended George to me. In fact all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, and I cannot thank them enough!

I visited the dental practice on 8 September 2020 and was immediately reassured when I arrived that all of the necessary safety procedures were in place to provide a safe environment. On arrival at the reception area instructions were both clear and concise to ensure the safety of both patient and staff. My dentist George provided clear guidance on both the procedures he was about to undertake and also the measures that had been put in place to keep both the patient and dentist safe. Thank you to everyone at Alexandra Road Dental Practice for making my visit stress free and giving me the reassurance that everything that could be done to keep everyone safe had been done. Thanks again much appreciated.

Excellent in all aspects. I have always had a good experience with George and the team at Alexandra Dentist however with COVID and the uncertainty of what is safe and what is not it always make you second question the things you do (and so it should right now!).nI visited the surgery on the 11th January, and I have to say I felt extremely safe and well looked after. The efforts the team have gone to; not only to be as safe as they can be but to make sure clients see this too is really good.nThank you! Bev
