Very friendly and approachable staff with a short wait to get an appointment. I felt very confident with the dentist's professionalism who demonstrated a high degree of skill and care and gave full explanations of treatment along the way. There was minimal discomfort throughout the procedure and I am delighted with the result. My two sons have now also joined the practice as a result of my experience.

Superb care, by caring people in very pleasant surroundings. If you are scared of visiting the dentist but would like to get treatment this is the practice for you.nI can’t rate this practice highly enough.

Excellent dental practice.nProfessional and friendly team. Committed to achieving best results.nI had been receiving treatment in London and had a fair amount of trauma from previous work. Senthil listened and allowed extra time to put me at ease, especially during the transition phase - moving from one dentist to another. All the staff I have encountered are friendly and professional.nSenthil is, in my experience, a skilled professional. Someone I trust.

I must say I have nothing but praise for 'Smile Suffolk' from the initial phone call to the end of my treatment. My own dentist could not fit an implant for me in their Ipswich dental practise, so I had no hesitation in giving Smile Suffolk a ring as my husband had already had a very difficult extraction carried out there.(which was carried out brilliantly) The reception team were very professional, kind and helpful on the phone and made me an appointment which was before the very first lockdown. My first impression of the reception area was spacious and extremely clean. The reception team are fantastic, such warm and friendly people and just went out of their way to make you feel at ease. Dr Senthil carried out all my treatment with kindness, explaining all he was going to do and with such professionalism. The treatment rooms were just spotless and gave me such confidence having to finish my treatment during the pandemic, obviously when the government gave dentists the go ahead. Just can't praise them enough and would have no hesitation in going there again. From start to finish it was all exemplary and I thank you all so much.
