Very poor service. Unprofessional. My package was sent from 18 February 2021 from Makassar - Parepare with an estimated delivery of 2 -3 days but as of today 23 February 2021 it has not yet been delivered. On tracking, the package is already at a pare2 agent. Why hasn't the package been delivered yet. The phones are not connected. I already contacted the central JNE via email, he said the estimate is 3-5 days. Still the package hasn't been delivered yet. I don't know what is the problem with JNE, a pare2 agent. Really a very disappointing service. ud83dude21

Kapok using JNE, not anymore !!! Makassar-Pare takes 1 week ud83dude02 packages from Surabaya via JNT cm 3 days, from Makassar to Pare it takes a week.

This is an agent of embarrassment. The name is Jne. The goods arrived Wednesday morning until Friday and were delivered. In fact, the distance between the agent and the recipient is only 10 minutes. The reason for waiting for the car ... waaaallaaah ... this is really minimal couriers.
