Very poor service. Unprofessional. My package was sent from 18 February 2021 from Makassar - Parepare with an estimated delivery of 2 -3 days but as of today 23 February 2021 it has not yet been delivered. On tracking, the package is already at a pare2 agent. Why hasn't the package been delivered yet. The phones are not connected. I already contacted the central JNE via email, he said the estimate is 3-5 days. Still the package hasn't been delivered yet. I don't know what is the problem with JNE, a pare2 agent. Kapok using JNE, not anymore !!! Makassar-Pare takes 1 week ud83dude02 packages from Surabaya via JNT cm 3 days, from Makassar to Pare it takes a week.
