I think this hotel are good enough and affordable. I wish management control and caring about sanitary, bath tub, and cleanness inside the bathroom. Hair dryer doest work i meant defective

The design was good, the room was good, the breakfast is standard. Location is good, next to mall. However amenities are old, some equipment broken and at the time, wifi on 4th floor wasn't working due to problem.

Ha, ive been here once... For some work, i filming an Indonesian food. Like tutorial? For tv station.nAnd for the hospitality they gave us free lunch, and i tell you people. The food on the streets had better taste than here, the only good thing is they used fancy plate. I barely eating it.nAnd i don't know about the room service tho,

The location is very strategic. Connected to Basko Shopping Mall. Claimed as a 5-star hotel but in reality it is probably a 4-star hotel. But it is not really a problem because the price was relatively not expensive.
