I swear that the service is really slow, the food ordered is wrong, it's been a long wait for unsatisfactory service! I'm very disappointed to come here again.

Long order order.nnWe ordered at 12.30. One package of Chicken Noodles and Two Packages of Rice.nnChicken noodles came at 12:45 pm, however Two packages of rice did not arrive.nnOnly after we were about to pay (1:15), two packages of rice arrived.nnIn order to be informed in advance if you have to wait a long time (> 30 minutes).nnthanks.

Bad service sat Snape for 15 minutes and then the waiters were called. Eating does not match expectations, aka to order chopped green beans and chicken beans, expensive satay contains 8 pcs but doesn't fit the price, the duck menu doesn't match the price. Kapok meaning here. There is no tissue.

Gili at the PTC mall, the service is not good, not friendly, not professional in talking with consumers. It is better if every employee is trained first before they go directly to work, because atitude is very important.nCriticism: Just asking for serving on a plate (not in a bowl) it can't. It should not be too rigid, it must be flexible with consumer demands (as long as the demand is within reasonable limits). Anything else, just can't ask for more pindang sauce. Too stiff. It should be, it's not a problem. If there is a charge for added sauce, explain it politely and friendly to consumers.nnInput: It is better not to be too rigid with the existing rules.
