A small jetty that is the first stop of the ferry from Parapat. The ferry then goes around the peninsula to drop passengers at jetties closer to their hotels etc. Cost is rp15000 pp for the 30 minute crossing. Ferries leave Parapat on the hour and return from Tuktuk on the half hour from 8am till 7:30pm

Port Sosor Galung is a small public port at Lingkar Tuktuk-Samosir, 4 km from Tomok. The Tuktuk ship starts from this port around 15 minutes before final pick up from Port Carolina Hotel, then goes to Port Tigaraja every hour daily. Many local people washes their clothes here, also some rental scooter boats parked here or being repaired. There is a small drink & snack shop opened here, with a group of people playing chess. It is a natural life of Batak people we can find here.
