We had wonderful experience with Tutoba travel! We had a car and driver take us (4 adults and 2 kids) to visit relatives in villages that 3-4 hours away from Silangit airport for 2.5 days. Fratno, our driver, was with us the whole time. He was very patient, friendly, flexible, and reliable. He knows the local roads and their conditions very well, and was able to maneuver around them. These are very important qualities especially as we traveled with small children and people who are prone to motion sickness. Communication prior to the trip was very smooth as well. It’s not easy to find a transportation and trustworthy driver when you are on the other side of the world. We will definitely hire Tutoba travel again for future trips in North Sumatera/Silangit area. We highly recommend Tutoba Travel!
