The most awful tour agency I have eve dealt with. The staff in the shop are unable to make any sales or decisions without speaking to the boss who they have to call. This means that you are waiting at least 20minutes every time you go to the shop. Furthermore the boss is rude, she refused to refund despite me being ill and giving 12hours notice for a trip. And the boss hung up the phone on me!!! Awful awful customer service.
