One of the alternatives for a vacation spot with a beach feel in Balikpapan. The condition of the villa is quite clean with the yard directly facing the beach.nnUpdate;nThe abrasion of the beach is very worrying because it has almost eroded the part of the road in front of the villa. In fact, many pine trees have collapsed because of the waves.nnThe community and city government must immediately take precautions so that this abrasion does not spread. There is actually a breakwater, but only at a few points and is not very helpful in preventing abrasion.

The villa is comfortable and quite clean, plus a great view, overlooking the Balikpapan beach / sea. Villas are provided to stay on the beach.
