I was very disappointed with the service, even more so with the security guard ... I wanted to register for mobile banking but he said the network was a problem ?? One time was ok but 2x I went the network was interrupted on a different date and the information provided was not clear. Please, the one who provides information to the customer is not a security guard because the information he provides is not clear.

Bad service ,, it's useless to use the queue number ,, the security guard likes to step over my queue number, with the queue number that is far behind, then tomorrow I can shop first, go back again and no need to queue anymore, is that true? ?! ???, Huhhh ... really very disappointing !!!!!!!!!!!!!
