5 years ago when the Dutch guy with his local wife managed wisma Sacita was the most well-known and well-kept budget hotel in Banda Aceh. Great reviews on tripadvisor. Eversince the Acehnese owner took it back ....the place is now a dump. Very dirty too. Good place turned bad.
