Unless absolutely necessary, it's better to just call their customer service hotline. There are very few CS staff booths, only 4 for such a main branch in a city. And each one conducts service at a snails pace, taking around 10-60 minutes just to process one complaint.

I've lost my atm card, so i went to bni. I met security and i told him i want to meet customer service. He asked me what's the problem, i told him i lost my atm card and i want to blockir my card. He told me i should brought family card and letter of statement from police. how could it be, they make it difficult, is not easy getting letter of statement from the police because i have going to make another letter of statement from lurah/geucik and it wasting too much time. bni officer has no empathy. why they make different rules while calling by phone the officer only asking my account number and didn't asking family card etc and they can block it at the same time. why the rules is different between going to the office directly and calling by phone with the same case? Oh i forgot, i brought family card but softcopy on my phone but they didn't accept it, they want hardcopy, wonderful...
