2x here. The goal is to send the dollar to the rupiah, but it's really long, even though in urban markets, tellers are only 1, so customers must wait a long time. The teller also finished the process of forgetting to return the ID, and did not contact immediately, so it was confusing and had to go back to find it yourself! Please for the BRI Kunayong KCP, the teller should be added, or at least the worker's performance will be examined.

In crowded areas the customers but the service is long, especially after lunch break.nIf it is noon, queue number 7 but queue up to 1 hour more.
